All machine come with 12 months factory warranty. (Factory warranty covers manufacturer fault only and not including user fault) We will also refund or exchange any consumable items for customers within 7 days of receiving the goods. (customer must communicate with us within 7 days of receiving the goods). The cost of shipping is non-refundable. Customer will be responsible for shipping cost of returning items. We will replace or repair any defect goods that are within warranty period.
