(Factory warranty covers manufacturer fault only and not including user fault) We will also refund or exchange any consumable items for customers within 7 days of receiving the goods. (customer must communicate with us within 7 days of receiving the goods). The cost of shipping is non-refundable. Customer will be responsible for shipping cost of returning items. We will replace or repair any defect goods that are within warranty period.
